Shopify Form Limitation

All of our forms use Shopify’s native form tag.

That means form submissions will always go to the store's default customer support email, as defined in your Shopify Store Settings → Store Details → Contact Information.

Unfortunately, Shopify doesn’t allow custom email routing per form through Liquid.

There’s no setting available in our section or in Shopify themes to override the recipient.

For custom email behavior, we suggest reaching out to Shopify Support or considering a third-party app like Form Builder, which offers more control over where submissions go.
