[Bundles & Quantity Breaks] How to Enable Subscription
Sell a bundle or quantity break as a subscription, not just a one-time purchase. Section Store Plus feature.
Prerequisite: the product must already have a subscription plan in your subscription app (e.g., Shopify Subscriptions, Recharge, Appstle, etc.).
This feature does not create subscriptions on its own. It connects your bundle to the subscription plans you already have. If a product has no subscription plans, the subscribe option will not appear.
Turn on subscription in the bundle
Section Store → Bundles & Quantity Breaks → your bundle → Subscription section. Turn on Enable subscription pricing for this bundle, set Discount duration, then Publish.
Add the bundle block to the product page
Online Store → Themes → Customize → Product information → Add block → Apps tab → the Section Store bundle block. Save.
The product page shows the quantity break plus a Subscribe and Save / One-time purchase choice.
Discount duration
How long your bundle discount keeps applying to a subscription.

What each setting does
- "Enable subscription pricing for this bundle": the on/off switch. When this is on, your bundle discount also applies to subscription orders, and the subscribe option can appear on the product page.
- "Header": an optional label shown above the subscribe choice (for example "Choose your plan"). Leave it empty to hide it.
- "Discount duration (billing cycles)": how long your bundle discount keeps applying to a subscription. 0 means every order forever, 1 means the first order only, 2 means the first two orders, and so on.
- "Layout": how the subscribe choice looks on your product page, a checkbox, radio buttons, or stacked radio buttons.
If the subscribe option is not showing
- Check that subscription pricing is turned on in the bundle.
- Check that the product has subscription plans in your subscription app.
- Check that the product versions (variants) you are using are included in those plans.
- Save the bundle again after turning it on.
