Extending our access to your store

You have already approved our collaborator request. Sometimes we need a little more access to finish a fix, and this is where you change it.

Where to change it

Shopify admin, Settings, then Users and permissions.
Under Collaborators, click Section Store.
Tick what we asked for, then Save.

What we usually ask for

Online Store, your theme files. Most fixes need this one.
Products, when a section pulls product or variant details.
Metafields, for dynamic content inside sections and blocks.
Apps, to open the Section Store app and check your settings.

Please keep Online Store ticked

Turning off Online Store removes our access to your theme files, and that is where your sections live. If it comes off while we are mid-fix, we stop being able to see the problem.

Quickest option

Tick Select all. You can take any of it back later.

You stay in control

Change or remove our access any time under Settings > Users and permissions. Removing it never touches sections you have already bought. Those live in your theme and are yours to keep.
