Write to daniel@section.store or help@section.store. We answer every message, usually within one business day.
From the app
Open Section Store in your Shopify admin and use the support widget in the corner. It attaches your store details automatically, which speeds things up.
What to include
- Your store URL
- The section name, for example Product Videos or Comparison Table #6
- The page where we can see the problem
- A screenshot if something looks wrong
With those four things we can usually fix the issue in one reply instead of three.
